Terms for access to KiwiDiv

1. Service scope

KiwiDiv is a subscription-based dividend research and screening platform. Access may include dashboards, filtered lists, ranking layers, and related product features.

2. Account access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Access tiers may differ by subscription level.

3. Subscription billing

Paid access is billed through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis unless a different billing structure is clearly shown at checkout. Access may change if payment fails, is reversed, or is cancelled.

4. Permitted use

You may use KiwiDiv for your own internal investment research. You may not resell, redistribute, scrape at scale, mirror, or republish subscriber-only content without written permission.

5. Research-only nature

KiwiDiv provides research, screening, and informational content. It does not provide personalized investment advice, portfolio management, brokerage services, or a guarantee of performance.

6. Availability

KiwiDiv may update, suspend, or remove features, lists, filters, or data sources at any time. Temporary interruptions, rebuild delays, or third-party data changes may affect availability.

7. Termination

KiwiDiv may suspend or terminate access for abuse, security issues, non-payment, or use that violates these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and manage billing through Stripe when available.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KiwiDiv is not liable for trading losses, tax outcomes, missed opportunities, or reliance on any research output generated by the platform.
